Congrats and good luck.
I just became a licensed Realtor last Tuesday so I understand your excitement!
Be sure to let us know what you find...we'll be waiting to hear from you.

Thanks so much! Congrats on passing you test btw!
There are a few we are looking at... one is way out in the country on 5 acres of land, would be a bit of a drive, and in the winter it could get slippery, but its gorgeous.. another one is a 99 year old home that we are just going to look at to compare with the newer homes so we know what to look for, what not to look for etc... another one is in town and has no yard but the whole inside of the house has been re-done, and another one is in town at the end of a dead end street, woods all around it, but my boyfriend isnt too fond of that one, hopefully the inside is nice! There is 1 more that we really wanted to see the most but there is a pending sale on that one already! Oh well there will be more! I will be back soon with all the details! I like looking at houses too even it's just to get ideas. I hope you find just the right one. I'll be looking forward to your update.
How did the house hunting go?
Have you had the house inspected? If you do make an offer before it's inspected be sure the offer is continigent on the inspection. It would be horrible to make an offer and be held to it only to find out the house needs new wiring throughout.

You normally do make an offer before things are inspected and there are sections in the agreement that cover all different types of inspections (in our state anyway).
If you waited for all the inspections to come back, someone else could put an offer on the house in the meantime and you'd be paying for the inspections for nothing.
So, which house was it - the 5 acres, in town dead end street?
Wow! You found a house really fast.
Congratulations!
I hope your offer gets accepted.
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Oh, yes- you would wait for an "official inspection" til after your offer- still making the offer contingent of course- I just meant more of an informal inspection- since they're first time home owners, and might not really know what kinds of things to be looking for. I took my dad through our house first, because he has some plumbing and electrical background, and would have been able to spot serious defects before we even put an offer in. (My husband and I were clueless) He looked at the slope of the landscape and those kinds of things. Then we got the "official" inspection done later. Plus with so many people selling and buying without a realtor now a days, I just wanted to be sure they covered themselves.Originally posted by T. Lynn:
